This e-course provides a ten week course via e-mail that will give you information and clear actions to take each week that can help you to live a happier, more successful life.
You will receive a new lesson each week that will guide you through an important concept and one or more specific actions to take that week that can help you to make for yourself a life that works well.
There is a lot that goes into making a life work well: knowing yourself, creating a benevolent cycle between yourself and others, practicing thinking and behavior that are enjoyable and effective, overcoming challenges and sometimes truly awful experiences, understanding your strengths, and finding ways to use those strengths in new and sometimes initially uncomfortable ways.
The key to getting the most out of this course, as with everything offered here, is to practice the ideas and actions until they become habits. The Making Your Life Work E-Course is action oriented, and designed to help you to understand and use findings from the latest research on happiness and well being, in a style that is enjoyable, accessible, and to the point.
This course is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical treatment.
